Sit
up tall then place the other foot right in front of the other foot,
it's important that you DO NOT STACK the feet. To get a better feel
for how tight or open the hips/back/hamstrings are it's important
the feet not be stacked.
Then
have someone measure from the floor to the middle of your knee (you'll
find a soft spot at the center of the knee) on both sides.
